Gippsland Water's various site tours allow groups to learn about the processes to treat water and wastewater. 

Gippsland Water hosts tours of its various sites and can accommodate a maximum of 25 people for tours. Groups of 15 and above are separated into two groups for the tour. All tour participants are inducted on the site prior to the tour commencing. This induction alerts participants to site hazards and risks and will outline what to do in case of an emergency.
