2010-11 Customer Tariffs

Gippsland Water’s tariffs were determined following an extensive review process conducted by the Essential Services Commission (ESC).

The Essential Services Commission approved Gippsland Water's tariffs (inclusive of CPI) for the 2010-2011 financial year.

A hardship program is in place for customers experiencing difficulties paying their water and wastewater bills. Flexible payment options are available for customers in addition to this program.
