Plumbers' as constructed (as laid) sewerage connection field notes
Property drainage plans (as laid plans) are available for most properties in Gippsland Water's region that are connected to sewer reticulation mains. These plans provide information on the location of private sewer drains within the property boundary. These plans are normally requested by plumbers rectifying sewer blockages and for customers planning extensions/renovations. These plans are available from Casey Services at www.caseyservices.com.au.
To obtain a copy of an existing as laid sewer plan of a properties internal sewer drains, the following application form must be faxed to Casey Services.
Plumbers are required to submit to Casey Services new as constructed field notes of private sewer drains within the property boundary. These should be submitted within five days of completion of work. A template with PIC number and property address will be provided by Gippsland Water at approval of connection, otherwise, please utilise the below template.
